What you will be able to ask ## Simple questions about the data you already have in Toitrack Write the way you would talk to a colleague: the answer comes from your company's data, with no filters or lists to scroll. ### Your tasks for today Ask which tasks you have scheduled today and how your route is made up. ### The numbers of your business Ask for the main indicators you find on the dashboard, without opening it. ### The status of an asset Ask where an asset stands and get the key details of its record. ### Overdue invoices Ask which invoices are overdue, without opening the list and setting filters. Actions with confirmation ## It proposes, and it only happens if you confirm. When a request calls for an action, Toitrack does not carry it out on its own: it shows you what would change and waits for your explicit confirmation. - Before and after preview: you see the first rows that change and, if there are many, how many more there are. - Confirming is your click: opening the proposal changes nothing. - An expired, already executed or rejected proposal cannot be confirmed again. - If there are alternatives, you pick one (up to three) and only then can you confirm. - After confirmation, a record of the operation is kept. Who sees what ## It answers within your permissions and your company's data. Ask Toitrack is not extra access to data: it works within the limits you already use Toitrack under. ### Your permissions It only sees what your role can already see and do. Permissions are re-checked on every request, not only at the start of the conversation. ### Your company's data It only answers with the data of your Toitrack workspace: the company it works on comes from your session, not from what you type. ### Names according to permissions In the conversation, customers and operators are references, such as "Customer #123". You see the name and the link to the record only if you have permission to read it; otherwise the reference stays. ### You always know it is an AI The notice that you are talking to an AI stays visible. Answers and proposed content carry the label "AI-generated, to be checked" until you confirm them, in line with the transparency obligations of the AI Act (art. 50). ## Want to try it first? It answers in plain language about your company's data: your tasks for today, the main numbers of your business, the status of an asset, overdue invoices. If a request calls for an action, it proposes it with a before-and-after preview and carries it out only after your explicit confirmation. It is in development and arrives in the coming months: it is not active yet. ### Is my data safe? Here is what is already settled. Ask Toitrack only sees what your permissions allow, re-checked on every request, and works only on your company's data. It reads reduced records (identifiers, labels, statuses and dates): email, phone, tax code, IBAN and notes are not part of them. Actions need your explicit confirmation. It always tells you that you are talking to an AI, in line with the AI Act (art. 50). The other aspects of data processing will be described in the terms of service and the privacy notice, which will have a dedicated section on the AI assistant. ### When does it arrive?
