This website is built as a static, informational site and takes a privacy-respecting approach.
Technical cookies
The site uses only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for its proper operation and security. Under current regulations, these cookies do not require the user’s prior consent. On the Contact page, and only there, the form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA (Google) for anti-spam purposes: Google’s script is loaded when the page opens, even before any choice on the banner, because it is needed to tell people from bots and may set a technical security cookie. Google receives the technical data of the visit (for example IP address and browser data). So that we do not ask you again when you move between the Italian site (www.toitrack.com) and the English one (en.toitrack.com), your cookie choice (only "accept" or "necessary only") is also saved in a technical preference cookie on the toitrack.com domain, valid for 12 months. It holds nothing else.
Profiling and third-party cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to measure visits in aggregate form. It is a third-party analytics cookie: Google Analytics is activated only after consent: its script is loaded only after you accept the banner and, until you accept, no request is sent to Google Analytics. If you choose “Necessary only” the script is not loaded; if you withdraw a consent already given, it is stopped and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
At the moment the site uses no marketing tools or advertising pixels. If we enable any in the future, we will do so only with your prior consent, collected through the dedicated banner, and by updating this notice. Without your explicit consent no analytics cookie is installed (the anonymous visit count described below uses no cookies), and you can change your choice at any time.
Anonymous aggregate statistics
This site collects anonymous, aggregate visit statistics without using cookies or persistent identifiers: the visited page, browser language, referring domain and any campaign parameters (UTM) are recorded. The count is run by our own servers (no third-party service) and starts when the page loads, even before your choice on the banner; we also record the choice itself (accept / necessary only) anonymously. The data cannot identify you and is retained for a maximum of 365 days.
Fonts and assets
Typefaces and graphic assets are hosted directly on this domain: displaying them does not involve calls to external services that could track the user.
Managing preferences
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored on your device, and you can change or withdraw it at any time from the “Manage cookies” link in the footer: the banner reopens and, if you choose “Necessary only”, Google Analytics is stopped and its cookies are deleted. You can also always manage or delete cookies through your browser settings: disabling certain technical cookies may impair the proper functioning of the site.
