For portable toilet rental and septic service companies: the services of a round become loads and register entries, the register prepares the MUD summary and the calendar reminds you of Albo, RENTRI and MUD deadlines. xFIR, the digital waste transport form of RENTRI, the Italian national waste traceability system, is coming soon.

Service data is entered once and follows the waste all the way to the plant.
The load starts from the round
Loads are created from the completed services of a round with waste to dispose of. You close the load when the round is over and discharge it to a depot or a plant; the office can also prepare it for a round completed by an operator.
Loading and unloading register
Entries numbered per local unit and year, with the entries still to complete highlighted. An entry is never deleted: whoever has the permissions corrects it or cancels it.
EER codes from the official catalog
You search and enable codes from the official RENTRI catalog, starting from the typical codes for your activity. The code and its hazardous nature come from the catalog: they are not typed by hand.
Plants with approvals, contracts and analyses
On the destination plant page you manage, per EER code, approvals, contracts and analyses, with expiry dates and attachments.
Every year
Obligations in one place
Toitrack prepares the data and reminds you what is missing. Filing, payments and signatures stay with whoever is entitled to them, and every screen says so.
MUD summary from the register
Per local unit and year it computes the declarant data and the RIF, RT and DR tables from the register, with reconciliation checks and CSV and PDF download. You check it with your consultant: filing and signature remain with the declarant.
Obligations calendar
Albo annual fee, RENTRI contribution, MUD, Albo registration renewal and technical manager suitability in a single calendar, with reminders to administrators. You mark what you did: Toitrack does not check anything with the Albo or RENTRI.
Vehicle changes to report to the Albo
Every change to a vehicle opens a checklist with the 30-day deadline, shown in the vehicle detail, on the Vehicles page and in today's priorities.
Yearly package for your conservation provider
You download the year's register in XML, CSV and PDF and prepare the yearly package to hand to your conservation provider, with a reminder every year. The conservation is theirs: Toitrack is not a conservation service.
RENTRI
xFIR and transmissions
Features that talk to RENTRI. Cards with the «Coming soon» badge are not available yet: we are completing them and give no dates.
Outgoing xFIR
From the detail you change quantity and transport, cancel the xFIR, copy the FIR number or show its QR. For signing, the detail explains how to proceed with the RENTRI portal or the official app, including sending the request to the driver's phone: Toitrack does not sign on your behalf.
Incoming xFIR
When you are the destination plant you see the incoming xFIR, record the acceptance data and annotate them in the register.
In-transit xFIR
Transshipment, technical stop and annotations written from Toitrack during transport.
Third-party xFIR
The xFIR with a third-party producer, when your company is only the transporter.
xFIR status and notifications
You get a notice when an xFIR is signed, accepted or rejected by another party. The movements list shows the xFIR status and filters by status.
Transmissions to check
In the Register's Transmissions tab you find those that did not go through, with the reason in plain words and the "Retry" action.
Validation and paper FIR
Number and date of the register's virtual validation for each local unit, and the stock of virtually validated paper FIR forms with the maximum allowed.
