Pricing and free trial
It's the number-one headache for rental businesses: assets scattered across customers, job sites and events that drop off the radar. With Toitrack every asset has a status (available, in use, under maintenance, out of service) and is tied to an order and a customer. At any moment you know where you assigned it and to whom, so units don't get lost and pickups don't get forgotten.
The module includes a centralized price list by asset category and type: you create a quote by selecting lines from the price list, and the total is calculated automatically. When the customer accepts, you convert the quote to an order with the guided procedure — nothing to retype.
In rental the fee follows the number of toilets and resources, and the operators included grow with the fleet. In septic pumping you pay per vehicle and operators are unlimited. If a part is of no use to you, it is switched off and the fee goes down.
At a glance you see the status of orders, tasks and assets: what's due today, what's in progress and what's running late. On the map you see where you've assigned assets and tasks. The map shows the status of orders; vehicle GPS is activated on request. It's an always-current snapshot of how the work is going.
Often yes — and it's exactly as the business grows that the problem explodes. Even with a few dozen units across several customers it gets hard to remember where they are and when they need servicing. Toitrack brings order from day one and grows with you: whether you run a small fleet or a large one, it adapts to your operation.
Yes. Toitrack is a cloud platform: you work from the browser with nothing to install, and you reach your data from the office or out in the field. Updates are included and automatic.
Yes. The interface works well on smartphones and tablets too: the operator sees the day's tasks with customer and address, and updates task status right from the field.
Data is hosted on European infrastructure and handled in compliance with the GDPR; some third-party services (payments, address geocoding) may process data outside the European Union, as explained on the Security page. Access is protected by secure authentication, with encryption, backups and role-based access controls, so each person sees only what concerns them.
Of course. You can try Toitrack free for 14 days on your real needs, so you can evaluate the platform at your own pace before any commitment. Request it from the Contact page: we'll reply within 24 business hours and support you by email or WhatsApp.
We do not publish a price list, because two companies with the same number of toilets work in different ways. The price follows fixed rules, the same for everyone, which you find on this page. We send you a written proposal after a twenty-minute phone call.
Not in septic pumping: you pay per vehicle. In rental the operators included depend on the number of toilets, and extra ones are added separately.
Try it for 14 days on your real data. Whoever activates the annual plan by 30 November 2026 gets 30% off the fee for 24 months, not combinable with other promotions.
Septic pumping
No. “New intervention” creates an order with no assets and its task: customer, type, address and date are enough.
Yes. In the date you can also enter a past day. You pick the operator now or assign it later from the planner.
It depends on the policy you set: no generation, generation only, or generation and an email to the customer's contact. From the task you can also generate and download the PDF by hand, with the dedicated permission.
The line stays “to be priced” and the invoice is blocked until you set the price. You can also type it right in the “New intervention” form: in that case it replaces the price list.
No. Toitrack collects the data from your tasks and reminds you of the Albo, RENTRI and MUD deadlines, but it checks nothing with the Albo or RENTRI and files nothing on your behalf. For your case, consult your environmental advisor.
The Waste module switched on: owners switch it on in Settings > Modules. The calendar lives in Settings > Waste; the loading and unloading register appears when the RENTRI connection is active.
We switch invoicing off and the fee goes down by 15%. Everything else works the same.
The app shows the day's route, one stop at a time. Take the photo, get the customer to sign, move on to the next.
Waste, RENTRI and xFIR
No. The xFIR detail explains how to sign with the RENTRI portal or the official RENTRI FIR Digitale app, including sending the request to the driver's phone. Toitrack reads the signature status and updates the register.
No. The MUD summary computes the declarant data and the RIF, RT and DR tables from the register with reconciliation checks; you download it as CSV or PDF and check it with your consultant. Filing and signing the MUD remain with the declarant.
Your conservation provider. Toitrack prepares the yearly package with the register in XML, the PDF print, the year's xFIR and the instructions, and lets you mark it as delivered once the provider has received it.
No: codes are enabled from the official RENTRI catalog, starting from the typical ones for your activity, and the hazardous nature comes from the catalog. The list of typical codes is indicative: classifying the waste is the producer's responsibility.
No. The calendar reminds you of the Albo annual fee, RENTRI contribution, MUD, registration renewal and technical manager suitability; once you have paid or filed you mark it "Done". Toitrack cannot verify anything with the Albo or RENTRI.
You find it in the Register's Transmissions tab, with the reason in plain words and what to do. Once the cause is fixed, press "Retry" and the transmission goes out with the next automatic run.
They are part of the waste module, which owners see and enable in Settings > Modules. Outgoing xFIR also requires the RENTRI connection active. Other features that talk to RENTRI are coming soon. What your offer includes is something we go through together during the 14-day free trial.
You can keep it until it expires. The difference shows in the work: with Toitrack the movement starts from the job and you do not retype it. When you decide to switch, we do the initial setup.
Rental and septic together
No. At sign-up and in Settings you can choose Both. Menus, dashboard and quick actions adapt, and no data is touched if you change your mind.
Yes. The customer is one record, and rental orders and septic jobs both show in their history.
Yes, it is in rental as well: cleaning and emptying toilets produces liquid waste, and it goes into the register. If you hand the cleaning to an outside company, the register is switched off and the fee goes down.
The fee is the rental fee plus the septic fee, with 15% off the total. The criteria are on the Pricing page.
